course overview

Harlal School of Law offers five-year integrated BA.LL.B course. The course is having ten semesters in total. This course includes arts disciplines include sociology, history, and political science, as well as legal subjects such as criminal law, civil law, administrative law, constitutional law, and labour law, all of which are taught by highly competent academic professionals. The five-year BA.LL.B. course is Affiliated to Chaudhary Charan Singh University (CCSU), Meerut and Approved by Bar Council of India (BCI), New Delhi.

Eligility criteria

  • The candidate should have passed the intermediate/ Higher Secondary School Examination (10+2) or an equivalent Examination from a University/ recognized Board, securing in the aggregate not less than 45% marks for General Category, for SC/ST category candidates 40% of total marks and OBC category candidates (only for UP domicile) 42% of the total marks

Department of Computer Application Best College for MCA Course is headed by Narendra Upadhyay. He is BSc. with Mathematics from Dr. B.R.A.University, Agra and MCA from Dr. B.R.A. University Campus Agra. Also M.tech in IT. Currently, he is pursuing Ph.D. in Computer Science from Galgotias University. Narendra Upadhyay has 14 years of Academia and Industry experience in IT field. He was also associated with CMC Ltd. and HCL Technologies in past years of his career span. His Area of interest is Design & Analysis of algorithms and Artificial Intelligence. He has published/presented research papers in Scopus Indexed Journals. He has also published/presented various National & International Journals and Conferences in Network Security, Criptography and AI. He has actively participated in various workshops, webinars and FDP's about NEP,Network Security, Data Mining, RTIL etc. He has guided many projects of computer science at Graduate and Post Graduate level.

Dr. Preeti Singh

Assistant Professor of History in Harlal school of law

Mukesh Bharadwaj is an Assistant Professor of Computer Applications. Currently, he is pursuing Ph.D. in Information Technology from ICFAI University. Before joining academics, he has worked with Matrix Web Services, Beetasoft Technologies etc. He completed his B.Sc. in Computer Science from Agra University Campus, MCA from U.P. Technical University, Lucknow. Currently, he is pursuing Ph.D. in Computer Science from Mewar University. He is MicroSoft certified professional in the area of Operating System. He has also published research work in journals of repute. His area of interests includes Web Technologies, Object Oriented Programming Approach etc.

Ms. Aman Yadav

Assistant Professor in Harlal School of Law Greater Noida

He has completed MCA from AKTU Lucknow and BCA from CCS University Meerut. Currently, he is pursuing Ph.D. in Information Technology from Amity University. In less than 6.5 years, Akhilesh Nagar has proved his intellectual, interpersonal, and managerial talents via extensive teaching experience in both academia and industry. He is an Educationalist, a natural teacher, an Innovator, a Strategist, and a Committed Entrepreneur, with profound social responsibility, equality, and holding hands with everyone who wants to thrive in life at the core of his life philosophy. Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud Computing, Wireless Sensor Networking, Computer Graphics, .NET, and Cyber Security are some of his areas of interest. Over 50 students have finished their projects under his supervision, and four students are now working on their master’s projects. Many webinars, workshops, and student development programmes have been arranged by him .He has received various accolades for his outstanding contributions to education and research .

Daksh Tyagi

Assistant Professor

She has completed M.Sc Maths from CCS University Meerut and B.Sc (PCM) from CCS University Meerut. She has also done B.Ed and M.Ed from CCS University Meerut. Poonam Sharma has submitted her Ph.D.Thesis in Maths (Topology) from Mewar University. She has 15 years of Academic experience. She has published/presented 15 research papers in various National & International Journals on Almost Z* normal, M* Separation axioms and Quasi D∝ -Normal spaces etc. She has presented research in International Conference on “Emerging trends and Development in Science and Technology”. “On frontiers of Science and technology”. National on Advances in Operations Research in Mathematical Sciences. Quasi N*- Normal Spaces πg N* Closed Sets and some functions is communicated in International Journals at present. Her area of interest is Differentiation, Integration, Vector Algebra, Modern Algebra, Topology, Probability, and Set theory.

Vikash Kumar

Assistant Professor of Law

Nagesh Sharma is a faculty in Computer Applications. He has done his M.Tech and B.Tech in Computer Science from Rajasthan technical University, Kota. Currently, he is pursuing Ph.D. in Computer Science from Amity University. He has published/presented research papers in various National & International Journals and Conferences. He has 7.5 years of Academic Experience. His area of interest is Information hiding, Cryptography and Watermarking, Recommendation system.

Manish Kumar

Assistant Professor

Kavita Singh is a Faculty in Computer Applications. She has completed BCA from CCS University, Meerut and MCA from AKTU, Lucknow. Her area of specialization is Data Structure & Analysis of Algorithms, C language, DBMS, Flutter (SDK) and Dart Language. She has worked on many project E-news portal, MEDPHARMA (A online pharmacy app). She has also wrote a review paper on (Wireless Sensor Network).

Infrastructure

In order to enrich the teaching-learning process,every classroom has provision for specialized audio-visual aids like overhead projectors, multimedia,videos and audios. The institute is completely Wi-Fi enabled and seamless Internet connectivity is available to the students,faculty and staff. In addition, there are tutorial halls for interaction in groups and brains over important academic and extra-curricular issues.

For other forms of educational delivery systems like debates, quizzes, guest lectures and theatre workshops, HIMT has special infra-structural facilities with modern sound systems that use calculated acoustics and are hence highly effective in nature. The faculty space has been carrefully designed keeping in mind that participants are always welcome to interact with their facilitators even after class hours

Computer Centre

The Objectives of HIMT has always been to be in the forefront of utilization of IT.The lab provides practical exposure of the subjects and gives ample opportunity to experiments innovations. At HIMT,all systems have hot swap SCSI hard drive,Workstations with Dual Core p procesor, networked and are supported by on line UPS systems with backup facility. A fast and efficient switch based network with gigabyte speed forms an internet.

Library and Information Centre

The Library, knownas the knowledge Resource Centre(KRC), is the heart of the Academic Centre at Harlal Institute of Management & Technology. The Library with its modern collection of information services plays a vital role in the intellectual pursuits of HIMT acamedic community.

Library holds a rich collection of printed as well as electronic resources which include books,journals,databases,audio-visual materials,CDs,e-journals,annuals,annual reports of top companies,case studies, conference proceedings, training manuals, etc. The Library subcribes print journals through various databases.

Language Lab

Communication and soft skills play a vital role in the career development of an individual.To refine the English language of the students, the institute set up a modem air conditioned language lab especially in view of the fact that India emerging as a fast player in global business

Lecture Halls

The institute has an admirable infrastructure and modern amenties,which aid in conducting a range of academic programs. The lecture halls are air conditioned and equipped with modern audio-video systems. They are designed to offer complete comfort for the intense hours of the classroom teaching and interface

Auditorium

HIMT has a spacious auditorium with a seating capacity of 450. The auditorium is carefully designed and used or lecture, seminars, workshops, conferences and for conducting quizzes, cultural activities and various other competitions

Cafeteria

Canteen services are provided within the campus to all the students. Great furnishing and lip smacking delicacies make popular hangout for students. Proper care is taken on the hygiene and nutrition part while preparing the food by keeping kitchen equipment clean and using fresh seosonable vegetables & fruits. Cafeteria serve as a centre for creative interaction during leisure hours as also rendezvous for residents of hostels

Sports Facilities

Indoor Sports:-Indoor games / activities like Table Tennis, Chess, Carom, Gymnasium etc. are provided by the institute. Outdoor sports:-HIMT is having outdoor sports facilities for Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton etc. The spacious grounds of the College are maintained for this purpose.

Medical Facility

First aid and elementary medical facilities are available in the hostel through a qualified Doctor. In case of emergency, student is taken to the nearest medical practitioner / hospital for which a van is available 24 hrs. on campus and the local guardian is duly informed. The local guardian will take charge of ward thereafter and all Medical expenses will have to be borne by him.The entire responsibility of treatment will rest with the parent/local guardian/student concerned.

Residency

Hostel is available for girls & boys separately inside the HIMT campus. The hostel is fully equipped with high quality of infrastructure which includes students rooms with facilities,common room with LCD, Wi-Fi internet facility, well maintained hostel mess etc. as reflection, the infrastructure is characterized by a lot of open space,warmth and cheer. In addition 24 hour transport facility is available at the campus for the students residing in the HIMT hostel.
